    Rocket League’s gameplay majorly follows this concept: players control rocket-powered cars to play soccer and aim to win the match by scoring more goals than their opponents within the time limit. Fast-paced driving, aerial stunts, precision, and the right strategy are keys to outplaying the opposing team. Try to master the controls of your powerful cars, which can boost at high speeds, jump and flip mid-air, and even fly using rocket boost while collaborating effectively with other cars (if you play in the team-based modes) to deliver outstanding offense and defense performance.

    How to Play Rocket League

    To begin, select your favorite game modes, set up the match or the league to your liking, and kick off the competition when you are ready. 

    Winning condition. Score more goals than your opponent before the 5-minute match timer runs out. Each goal counts as one point.

    Enter the field and control the car, navigating the arena. Once the match begins, you take control of a rocket-powered car! Use acceleration, steering, jumping, boosting, sharp turns, and quick flips to move efficiently around the field, aiming to score goals while blocking opponents’ balls.

    Hit the ball for goals. Instead of randomly hitting the ball, aim strategically to place shots where defenders can’t easily block them.

    Defend your goal. Scoring alone isn’t enough! You must also protect your own net. Stay positioned between the ball and your goal, anticipate opponents’ shots, and clear the ball away when it gets close to your net.

    • WASD: Move and drive the car

    • Shift: Activate Nitro boost
